Tasting Room
 What will be most memorable about your next trip to Silverado Vineyards? Will it be the valley wide views and gracious Stags Leap District setting or the welcoming staff member who opened a rare library Cabernet for everyone to taste? Will it be the excitement of having discovered the Zinfandel, Rosato Di Sangiovese or estate extra virgin olive oil sold only at the winery?
Saddleblock Vineyard Tasting
 An intimate and educational adventure where you’ll visit our Stags Leap Vineyard and taste a selection of our Cabernet Sauvignon wines at the site where the process begins.
Learn about how soil and climate influence the wine in your glass – you’ll taste a sample from a specific vineyard before the wine is blended.
- Enjoy a selection of canapés that will complement the wines.

- Limited to 4 guests by prepaid advance reservation.
- $50 per person. Please allow up to 1.5 hours. Must be at least 21 years of age.
- This tour includes a walk to our vineyards – comfortable footwear is recommended.
- Silverado and Silver Ingot Club Members will receive a 20% discount for up to 2 individuals, per membership.
- Silver Plum Club Members will be able to book up to 2 individuals, per membership, complimentary once a year.
Library Tasting
On the eve of Silverado Vineyards’ 25th Anniversary, you’ll have the rare opportunity to taste perfectly cellared Cabernet Sauvignons from our library. Selections will include a wine from the 1980’s, two from the 1990’s and a current vintage to compare and discuss.
- Discover the qualities and characteristics of aged wines and why Silverado’s wines are a great investment.
- Learn the best practices for cellaring and serving aged wines.
- Enjoy a selection of canapés that will complement each wine you’ll taste.
- Available Friday through Monday ~ by appointment
- Limited to 6 guests by prepaid advance reservation.
- $75 per person. Please allow 1 hour. Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Silverado and Silver Ingot Club Members will receive a 20% discount for up to 2 individuals, per membership.
- Silver Plum Club Members will be able to book up to 2 individuals, per membership, complimentary once a year.
Daily Tasting Room Flights
- Our Estate flight offers a selection of our current release wines for $10.
- Our Premier flight includes limited production wines for $20.
- Groups of 6 to 14 require 48 hour advance notice and will be based on availability.
Groups of 15 to 25 will be booked for a private tasting.
- We are open daily from 10:00 to 4:30.
Public Tour and Tasting
- This tour and tasting is approximately one hour in length and is limited to 10 guests.
- Our tours are scheduled by appointment at 10:30 and 2:30 daily and are $15 per person.
- The tour begins with the history and philosophy of Silverado Vineyards. The walk through the winery includes wine making education and specifics of Silverado’s process.
- The tour concludes in our visitor center for a tasting of our Estate wine flight.
 Private Tour and / or Tasting
- For groups of 15 to 25 guests.
- Private tasting only is $20 per person and will last for about 45 minutes.

- Private tour and tasting is $25 per person, please allow 1 ˝ hours.

- The tour of the winery includes a discussion on Silverado’s history and philosophy as well as education on the winemaking process from vine to wine.
- Following the tour, you will taste five of Silverado Vineyards’ current release wines in one of our exceptional winery locations which include our barrel cellars, our Silverado Room, our outdoor upper terrace, our private tasting room or our Tuscan style courtyard.
- Upgraded wine packages are available.
- A 15% discount will be extended on wine purchases on the day of the tour and / or tasting.
