Cooking Class

Join Sherry Page on Friday evening for an exquisite multiple-course welcome dinner in a private Napa Valley setting. On Saturday, you will begin the day with a visit to Silverado Vineyards winery for our hands-on cooking class. Start your experience with a tour of the winery, followed by a class on sea salts. You will then prepare a multiple-course meal and dine together in a spectacular setting. That evening,enjoy dinner at one of my favorite local restaurants. On Sunday, begin your day with a cooking lesson, followed by breakfast. Then move into a class on how chocolate is made, followed by a tasting of chocolates from around the world. Your event will end around noon on Sunday. Classes are intimate and limited to 7 guests. The focus is on local, seasonal ingredients and recipes are designed to prepare at home. Food allergies can be accommodated for with advance notice. All meals and lodging (in a local inn) are included. The cost is $1200 per person (based on double occupancy). There is a $300 supplement for single lodging.
