Art Walk at Silverado Vineyards
Every Thursday in April at 2:00 p.m. enjoy special docent led tours of the incredible artwork at at the winery. In addition to our collection of original Belle Époche Posters, (1880-1920), including four original posters by Leonetto Cappiello, the winery also boasts some of the most spectacular plein air paintings found anywhere.
Artists and pieces include three pieces by Thomas Hill “Lands End” (1886), “View of Fort Point from Baker Beach” and “Bridal Veil Falls, Yosemite” (1901); William Keith “Headwaters of the Owens River” (1878); and Leonetto Cappiello -“Glimpses of Nymphs” (1920); also paintings from the Audobon Society's 1835 portfolio among many others.
During Arts in April, Silverado Vineyards welcomes artist and Napa Valley resident Kristine Pallas. Kristine’s series of plein air paintings of Silverado’s estate vineyards are being premiered at this event
