Silverado Vineyards is excited to announce a wine and cheese pairing planned by Napa’s own Janet Fletcher for the Vineyard to Vintner celebration on Saturday, April 28th; with two seating times – 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM hosted by winemaker, Jon Emmerich and General Manager, Russ Weis.
Janet is the weekly cheese columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle and the author of two best-selling books on cheese: Cheese & Wine and The Cheese Course. She also teaches cheese-appreciation classes around the country. On that Saturday we will serve cheeses selected by Janet to accompany the 2002, 2008 and (unreleased) 2010 SOLO Cabernet Sauvignon.
