Purchase 2005 Sangiovese Rosato

Made using Sangiovese grapes mostly grown on our Soda Canyon ranch property, our winemaking team employs a typical European style of processing to create this light and refreshing wine. The grapes are picked cold; the lots are cold soaked overnight on the skins. The next day, 5% of the juice is drained from the tanks, inoculated with yeast and returned to tanks to ferment. Our 2005 Rosato Sangiovese has a wonderful balance of bouquet, dryness and fruitiness. A superb aperitif that can double as a wonderful dessert wine.
