2008 Vineburg Vineyard Chardonnay: The key with Vineburg Chardonnay is to let this unusual site show in the wine. Small stainless steel barrel fermentation for about half of the wine helps us retain the delicate honeysuckle and lemon zest aromas while restrained oak barrel fermentation adds texture and balance.
