2009 Estate Chardonnay:
With two Carneros Vineyards and one in Yountville, we have the luxury of a lot of ingredients for our Chardonnay recipe: mineral and flint from the cooler sites; tropical fruit, pear and honey from the warmer site. Add lees stirring and malo-lactic fermentation as desired. Age in mild oak for a hint of vanilla and hazelnut. Chill before bottling.
