The winery has spectacular views, and impressive art collection, and a perfect patio for a relaxing and luxurious tasting. Our host James David treated us like family and share plenty of stories about the history of the winery and the area. The tasting is one of the pricier but the experience was outstanding- I’m so happy we chose it to start our day! We visited on my birthday and they gave me an “extra” taste of their reserve and a beautiful book as a keepsake. We did join the wine club and were immediately refunded for the tasting. Highly recommend!

I visited Napa for the first time this weekend, and Silverado Vineyard was our first stop–which was the perfect way to kick off the trip!
The setting was absolutely beautiful, and since there weren’t many other parties around, the ambiance felt intimate and relaxing.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was amazing. We were warmly greeted with a complimentary glass of wine before being seated at our high-top table, which had a stunning view of the vineyard.
We got to sample five different wines at a range of price points, and each one had something unique to offer. My favorite ended up being the last one we tried–the Red Solo, which was smooth, rich, and memorable.
The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making the tasting experience both educational and fun.
If you’re looking for a scenic, intimate, and welcoming winery experience in Napa, I highly recommend Silverado Vineyard.

What are your hours for tasting?
10:00 am – 5:00 pm, with the last reservation at 3:30pm, seven days a week
Are reservations required?
Reservations are encouraged, walk-ins welcome depending on availability. Please book using Tock Reservations, by emailing our Concierge, or by calling 707.257.1770
Is there a penalty for cancellations?
Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. Parties that are more than 20 minutes late will lose their reservation and will not receive a refund. Club members will incur a $30 per person no-show fee.
How long does a tasting last?
Please plan on enjoying our experiences from 1.5 – 2 hours.
Is there an age restriction at the winery?
While we love children, all guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Is there a limit on party size?
For groups of 7 or larger, please call or email us directly.
What is the member discount for tastings?
Complimentary tastings for up to four in your party at Silverado Vineyards and at participating FFWS sister wineries (excludes Merus). Members also receive 20% savings on any elevated tasting experience. Silverado & Connoisseur members receive 20% savings on any Silverado Wines purchased at the tasting room. FFWS Sister property members receive a 10% savings on Silverado Wines.
Can I bring my own food?
No outside food or picnicking allowed. Culinary add-ons are available for purchase upon booking.
Are non-alcoholic beverages available at the winery?
Complimentary filtered water is provided for all guests.
Are dogs allowed on property?
We love animals too, but we can only allow service animals that meet the ADA requirements. Emotional support, therapy, or companion animals are not covered under the ADA guidelines.
Are there any transportation considerations?
If you are using Uber/Lyft, we recommend reserving a ride 20-30 minutes prior to your departure.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend Napa Valley Wine Country Casual attire to enhance your comfort while enjoying the breathtaking views and exceptional wines at Silverado Vineyards. Layering is key, as Napa Valley’s signature diurnal shifts—warm afternoons followed by cool breezes—can bring quick temperature changes.
