Offices are open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST, closed weekends and major holidays. If trying to reach someone over the weekend, please contact the Tasting Room line.
Cancellation Policy:
If it is necessary to cancel your membership, a written cancellation request must be received at least 30 days prior to the next release, following the receipt of two consecutive shipments. Customers who are unable to uphold the minimum commitment may be subject to additional fees for discounts previously received on wine or tasting experiences.
