- 1 large glass! (6-8 oz)
- 1 cocktail shaker
- 4 ounces of Silverado Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 ounces Tequila (Silver of course!)
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz Agave syrup
- 2 lime wedges
- Pink Himalayan salt rim (optional)
Chill a glass. (Run water over and put in freezer for 2 minutes or more)
Pour a thin layer of salt on a small plate. Remove chilled glass and run a lime wedge along the rim which will help the salt stick. Dip the glass rim-side down into the salt and twist, covering the rim in salt.
In a shaker, add some ice, then add the Silverado Sauvignon Blanc wine, tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice and agave to taste. (or hack the recipe with a lime mix or skip the agave for a skinny!)
If you’d like your margarita on the rocks, add fresh ice to the chilled glass. Shake the wine cocktail and then pour the liquid only (keeping the original ice in the shaker) into the glass.
Add a lime wedge and enjoy!
